Question about English (US)

Just asking to correct my writing, thanks in advance:

First of all I think TV is the worst media ever invented to learn new skills, keep our brain in shape and entertain people, even thought we still can find good things on TV such as documentaries and great movies we have to say these ones are only exceptions in an ocean of pure trash. TV news programs are designed to decieve the public and their only one purpose is to help to keep the status quo rolling every single day, it's so obvios the way they manipulate information to deliver it the way TV news owners want it to be delivered. A good example of this can be war news where every single TV news channel presents its own reality systematically hiding important facts from the public and showing only what the channel want to show. in brief, in my opinion we should take news programmes as movies loaded with fantasies and lies.
