Soy de México y no tengo ni idea, y si le pregunto a mis amigos nadie sabrá simplemente es tan común que nadie lo piensa JAJAJ pero hay muchos más aparte de esos, a los Jose Maria se les llama Chema, a los Jose se les llama Pepe, a los Antonio se les llama Toño, etc.

Bueno, yo soy italiana y José en italiano es Giuseppe, y a los Giuseppe les decimos Peppe/Pippo, a los Antonio Tony, por lo que estos apodos me salen casi natural, pero encontré muy curiosos Chuy, Wicho y Chema

I Jesús vengono anche chiamati "Chucho" (più o meno come "Ciucio", pronunciato all'italiana), ma questa parola può anche significare "cane" in altre regioni o paesi. È proprio strano.
