I woudn’t use “I would want”, but “I would like/I’d like” (example: I’d like a cup of coffee).
“I kind of want” expresses uncertainty or a doubt regarding whether you want to do sth or not. The short informal way to say it is “I kinda want” (example: I kinda want to buy this pair of jeans; I kinda want to talk to him).
