シャワーを浴びた後で、部屋に入ったら髪がびしょぬれだから、本当にさむけがする。
もっと日本語として自然にすると、「シャワーを浴びた後、そのまま部屋に入ったら、髪がびしょ濡れのままだから、本当に寒い」だと思います。
寒気(さむけ)は病気やおばけに対して感じる、嫌な寒さに使うものなので、ただ単に「さむい！」と思う時はあまり使いません。
