is 良い週末を still formal, or should I say すごしてください after it also to make it more polite ? Because I want to say to my Japanese teacher: Have a nice weekend and till Tuesday! So: 良い週末を! また火曜日お願いします！

良い週末を"お過ごしください。" is commonly used in a newscaster or weather reporter.
but to me, this is too formal to say to your teacher and also we don't often say like "Have a nice weekend" thing because it could be a cultural difference.
I would say, "ありがとうございました。また火曜日よろしくお願いします。"
