@maarr , деякi так iнодi кажуть, проте це "суржик=укр.мова+росiйська.мова"
так кажуть, але це некоректно та не зовсiм правильно граматично

Can be in this sense :
Мене звати (ім'я) , друзі мене звуть (ім'я).
My name is (name) , my friends calls me (name)
Можна ще сказати : " Моє ім'я.."

@Agneshka Ви вводите всіх в оману. Українською мовою має бути якраз "Мене звуть..." на місця "My name is..."
Подивіться хоча б Російсько-український словник сталих виразів 1959 р. Виргана, Пилинської:
• Как тебя, вас… зовут? – як тебе, вас звуть (кличуть)?; як ти звешся?; як ви зветеся?; як тебе, вас на ім’я (на ймення)?; (іноді) як на тебе, на вас кажуть?
Варіанту із "звуть" немає. І це закономірно, бо в українській мові дієслова в неозначеній формі самостійно, зазвичай, не вживаються, тільки поряд з іншим дієсловом.
