@Billingsworth Nov. 20th is the World Children's Day created by the UN and June 1st is the International Day for Protection of Children created by the Women's International Democratic Federation in Moscow. But there are signs of the Day on western Canada on June 1st.

Ontario and BC do not celebrate children’s day to my knowledge. Each province usually handles holidays differently. If they do it’s not widespread or a big event.
