Question about English (US)

Does the following sentence sound natural?

In the end, I want to give this song to you since it helped me a lot through many difficulties in my life. The verse of the song goes like this. Well, in my opinion, people aren't perfect, we all make mistakes. And sometimes we may be over-dwelling on these mistakes, thinking about different scenarios like what we could have done, what would it be if we had chosen different ways? And this can cause dramatic harm to the spirit. Trust me, I've been there, and just like the lyrics say, it's the worst kind of pain I've known. So, we have to let it go though sometimes it's not easy, we have to try. As the lyrics say, weep not for road untraveled, weep not for paths left lone. And let that mistake pass on. These words help me a lot, and I hope it can you, too, at some moment in the future.
