@Aiiiiiiii Make sure in Korean Subject is rarely used esp. in coversatioal dialogues. Hope it helps.

~래 is more expressing that you want to do something, and you plan on doing it.
Though, I think it is used more often as a friendly suggestion or question.
나랑 갈래? You wanna go with me?
게임 할래? You wanna play a game?
(우리) 라면 먹을래? Shall we eat ramen?
~싶다 expresses a desire to do something.
뭐 먹고 싶어? What do you want to eat?
고기 먹고 싶어. I want to eat meat.
~거야 expresses that you will (most likely/definitely) do something.
먹을 거야. I’ll eat.
읽을 거예요. I’ll read.
