I wonder how to say "talented" in Japanese correctly in this context.

Your Japanese sentence looks good but I'm not sure why you added レトロな, which was not in the original sentence. You can also say:
才能のある友人の Kasia がアプリを作りました。
作りました sounds more natural especially in a conversation than 作成しました.

I forgot to include レトロな in the English version! So it should be "My talented friend Kasia made a retro app".

Posting it on an SNS seems to be a casual situation so I would use the casual version. I'm using the word 'casual' here comparing it with your version, but the sentence is still polite enough to put up on an SNS targeting not only your friends but also the open public.
