i would say no.
no idea why the person above said like that. racism is not common in korea since korea is a single racial country.
theres a tendency of the toadyism to treat white people as superior, and to avoid some colored races.
but it stays in personal taste. like there is no occasion to hear racist insults while walking down the street like in western countries.

Koreans as all nation - rather No. I never heard about racism in both Koreas. But I heard many times about job racism in Japan

Especially among neighboring countries, China is a communist country, and Japan has been historically and territorial confrontations. It mainly focused on hatred by massive damage and loss from them(Korean War / Colonial Period), rather than racism.
