Учите - You study. (just an observation of what "you" are doing)
Учете - You, study. (giving a suggestion or an order to study)

@Dragos123 I think it's also worth mentioning that it's used when you are talking to either someone you respect / a stranger (ex. teacher) or more than one person.
Examples: Вие учите ли Български? (Do you study Bulgarian?)
Учете новите думи. (Study the new words.)
Both can be used for one person or multiple, kind of like in English, except in Bulgarian it would be weird to use Вие for a friend as it's a very formal word (unless it's 2 or more friends of course). The second sentence is like you are giving the person/people an order.

Вие учите толкова усилено. - You (plural) are studying so hard.
Мързи ли ви да учите, няма да сполучите. You won't succeed if you are too lazy to study.
Учете, иначе ще се провалите на изпита. Study, otherwise you will fail your exam.
Стига мързелувахте! Седнете и учете. Stop slacking off! Sit down and study.
