«je tiens à» montre à qu'elle point tu veux absolument faire quelque chose: tu insistes
«je voudrais» signifie que tu désir quelque chose, mais tu insiste beaucoup moins
par exemple: «je tiens à voir la Tour Eiffel parce qu'elle est le monument le plus connu de France» = c'est comme si tu insinuais: « je ne partirais pas tant que je n'ai pas vu la Tour Eiffel»
