Tante le gente è sbagliato
(C'è) poco da dire e (sono) poche (con una c) le parole da dire è la stessa cosa.
Poca volta è sbagliato
Poche volte o poche le volte (devi aggiungere un verbo e proseguire la frase: sono poche le volte in cui...) è corretto
