例えば、
〜くれると嬉しいです
〜くれたら嬉しいです
なんか、上記の日本語でおかしい点がありますか？それならそれも修正したらありがたいです。

どこを省略するかの違いなので、あまり明確な違いはないと思います。

言い方が複数あると、違いは何よ！って思いますよね。
ちょっとした違いの場合、特に違いを意識して使い分けているわけではないので、ニュアンスが若干違うということは言えても、どう違うのかをずばっと説明できません(笑)
全然恥ずかしくないですよ。母国語じゃないですから、ちょっとしたミスが出るのは仕方がないことです。 AsianRicePandaさんの日本語はかなり流暢とお見受けしました。

この部分なのですが、日本人が大好きな「よろしくお願いします！」にするといいですよ。
