I'd say no, at least to my knowledge. To become a teacher in Finland one needs to have a proper education, so native English speaker ≠ qualified English teacher. There are exchange programmes if you are a teacher in the UK and want to come and teach in Finland though. I also think there might be some private individuals who just want to hire someone to speak English to them/teach their kids, but I don't know how much they pay for that or if they also want the person to have some sort of teacher's education.
