@ja6olx bound is when you are bound to something; you can't escape it because you're so fascinated with it
bounce is when a ball moves up and down, after it's hit or thrown or rolled off of something, like a table

bounce primarily for balls and other projectiles and things and some animals that "bouncing is in their nature" such as kangaroo and pogo stick.
also we have two actions in basketball named "bound" and "bounce off"
