これは血のつながった両親が離婚している設定ですよね。あなたの親権が母親にあり、その夫であれば、「育ての父親」ということもありますし、その父親との関係性が遠い存在なら「母親の今の夫」とか言うこともありますし、「義理の父親(義父)」でも間違いないです。
かなり個人的な内容なので、敢えて区別せず「父」と呼ぶこともあります。
