It is understandable but not completely grammatically correct, this would be a little easier to read
I'm a Polish native and I would be happy to help you with your Polish language as well as better my own English as we learn. My passion is art; I draw, read and create to my hearts content.
Sometimes I bake but I also like to play the ukulele for those who will listen. I'm curious about English culture and would love to learn more about the UK.
I added a few tweaks too as this seems like something you are looking to post. It will sound more like an introduction too, I hope thats ok.
