El origen de éstas expresiones proviene de los dialectos del castellano que se hablan en el Cono Sur de América (Argentina, Chile y Uruguay).

"Tener la posta" es exclusiva de Argentina. Las demás también las decimos pero dudo que sean exclusivas. Aunque el único significado de "chala" en Argentina es las hojas que recubren al choclo (el maíz)
