To someone like me, no difference at all, but sound very natural. I think a teacher might say "which" is correct or more proper, but I'm not sure about that.

Which is correct, because grammatically it's used with something you have a choice of. So, there are 4 seasons, and you should choose, and then say.
But, yeah, for natives both are natural :)
