Tokyo
I’ve lived in Tokyo for five years. Actually my hometown is Shizuoka in Japan. I went to my university in Tokyo. I want to there by Shinkansen until I was third year in my university. When I was third year , I moved in Tokyo. Shinkansen is a Japanese high speed train. It takes for about two hours from Tokyo to Shizuoka. So I took commute time for two hours. I usually watched movies and TV shows on my smartphone on my way commute to my university. Come to think of it now, it was hard and wasted times but I didn’t think about that. Also, I like my parents house. When I was third year of my university, I started training at the hospital was so hard that I decided to move in Tokyo. My parents allowed about that. At first, there are many people in Tokyo. I was confused. Now, I got used to live in Tokyo. Today is everything more expensive than my hometown but I can get a lot of stimulation.

“I’ve lived in Tokyo for five years. Actually, my hometown is Shizuoka in Japan. I went to university in Tokyo until I had been there for three years. When I was in my third year, I decided to actually move to Tokyo. Shinkansen is a high-speed Japanese train which takes about two hours to get from Shizuoka to Tokyo, so my commute was around that long. On my way to Tokyo, I would usually watch movies or TV shows. Thinking back on it now, it was very tedious and wasted a lot of time, but I never worried about that, it was just my way of life. I should also mention I really like my parents’ house. As I talked about earlier, when I was in my third year at university the commute was really long and tedious. I also had started training at a hospital and that was really difficult, so my parents allowed me to move to Tokyo to make things easier on me. At first, I was surprised with the large number of people living in Tokyo. Nowadays, I’ve gotten used to living here. Many things are expensive, but I get a lot out of life from living in such an exciting city!”
(Edit: I fixed the last sentence from your clarification so it’s complete now!!)
Ok, so for your last sentence, I don’t really understand what you mean by “stimulation”. If you have another word you might have meant, let me know and I can try to finish up the last sentence for you! Other than that, I changed some of the words and grammar to make it easier to understand and it sounds more natural and friendly. Maybe if you tell me what this is for that could help me to correct it a bit more? I hope this helps you!! :)

@Weedlechu Thank you;)
I mean I became stimulated by living in Tokyo. Or I was inspired by living in Tokyo.
