It's much less common in America than Australia, but some people might say it and I wouldn't be surprised if I heard it. You're more likely to just hear "f**k you".

@aminotvxq Yeah I should mention, I have never heard it used meanly. Everytime I have heard it used, it was a joke. As oliolioxenphree said, if someone is angry, they will probably say "f**k you"
