In modern days, we dont use it anymore.
I have not seen anyone used it for a long long time.
We may rarely see them from old/ ancient lietratures where the language was influenced by Sansakrit, and Pali.
Close that we might see in every day life is the name of a restaurant in Bangkok called รฦก
Nowadays รฦก it is written as ระลึก /ráléuk/ (remind, thinking of old time, nostalgia)
More common, you might find ฤา /reu:/ means 'หรือ' (or / tag question ) , also lituratures only.
ฤาพี่ = หรือพี่?
ฤามี = มีหรือ?
