Tell is to speak or to use words/writing to inform someone.
"I told her not to go there."
"Tell me something."
Sense is more of a mental thing. If you watch spider-man, this word is used in the phrase "spidey sense." It's usually used to refer to danger and in a negative sense.
"Let's not go there. I sense danger."
Feel can be both mental and physical (touching).
Mental:
"Let's not go there. Something feels wrong."
Physical:
"The flower feels soft."
