There aren’t many other ways to ask someone that actually, but the first option isn’t correct and is unnatural. The third option should be “What do you do for work” or it won’t be correct. The fourth option is also a little unnatural, “What do you work as?” is better. If you want to ask someone what company they work for you can say “Who do you work for?” although this may come across as rude in some situations.
