On its own, "you" sounds kinda rude. Like if you're getting someone's attention and you say "You!", that's rude.
You might just mean calling your teacher 'you' within a sentence, in which case it's totally fine. We don't have formal words for most things so the only things that might sound rude are straight up slang terms

It is considered rude if you use it like
"hey you, what is our assignment?"
but it's fine if you say
"Ms. Jones, can you help me with this?"

For example:
"Are you blah blah blah?"
"Can you blah blah blah?"
"Is the blah yours?"
"When you were blah blah blah, I was so blah!"
etc. etc. etc.

saying "you" in a sentence, is fine as long as it's not being used for the purpose of accusations.
examples of good sentences with "you"..
"you look nice today"
"what did you say?"
examples of bad/rude sentences with "you"..
"you said this, now you say that"
