祝日に練習がある? is correct. 祝日中が is weird.
Note that you can put two が in a sentence.
For example:
先生が都合が悪い時間を教えてください。

btw, you can put 2 が in one sentence like 彼が見つけたのがその鍵です(What he found is that key)
