accent of English vocabulary have rule?
l mean accent of English words are sometimes difficult for me.
if they have a rule , Its easy to understand.
l know vowel has accent, but l dont know the accent if the word has two vowel.

@cassandraliu108 thank you so much! but my question is that for instance, 「forward」accent is fOrward not forwArd . is that correct? so why the accent is so ? it has a rule?
