@RXYY This sounds unnatural.
I don't know if either one of these sentences is correct, but they both sound wrong.
The reason they sound wrong is that you're mixing the present perfect tense with the conditional/future simple tense. It just sounds weird.
The correct sentence might be:
- I plan to go to the market today.
- I am planning to go to the market today.
- I planned to go to the market today. (But now my plan might or might not change.)
- I had planned to go to the market today. (But now my plan has changed.)
