Suppose you have leaves in your hair after gardening or something, and then you put your head down and your fingers on your scalp and then move your hands quickly to try to get rid of the leaves in your hair; what verb would you use to describe this action? "To shake the leaves off your hair" was my first guess but I think I'm wrong. Help please šŸ™šŸ»
