"es" est équivalent au "on" en français.
"Das" est un article. en Allemand on en a 3 et pas seulement 2 comme en français
allemand : der, die, das
français : le la
der est masculin
die est féminin ou pluriel

litterairement oui, mais par rapport a la signification que plus ou moins. et il faut aussi un context.

Normalement, "es" se traduit avec des mots comme
ça, cela, il/elle (en ces cas oú il est utilisé en place d'un substantif)
"On" est normalement traduit "man" oú "wir". Au moment, je ne peux pas imaginer un exemple oú l'on le traduirait comme "es", mais peut-être @Languagelover05 sait un exemple.
