Furious is basically the strong adjective of angry ( very angry)
mad is like : I am mad at my mom cause she punished me.

They’re all somewhat similar:
I’m furious at/with you.
I’m angry at/with you.
I’m mad at/with you
I’m irritated at/by/with you.
Furious is the strongest. Mad and angry are similar (in my opinion), but mad can also be used to say someone is crazy. This is why we have the character, the Mad Hatter in the story Alice in Wonderland. I remember him being both crazy and angry in the Disney animation.
Irritated has become more to be annoyed at something or someone. It’s a bit less angry. You’re ticked off.
“An irritated customer was giving the salesclerk dagger-eyes”.
“An irritating mosquito was harassing me last night”.
