The two have the same meaning, I would say that "parce que" is more used orally than "car", and it's shortened to something like "parske"

@roxane_aj il y a une différence, subtile certes, mais elle existe. Ce serait faux de dire qu’il n’y en a aucune. Ceci-dit, cause ou justification, ça ne changera pas l’idée de la phrase donc si on se trompe ce n’est pas bien grave au final.... enfin sauf si c’est pour un devoir de français !
