おいらの家というのは下品で悪い言葉です。
おいらん家＝おいらんち と読みます。

字幕の翻訳者が必ずしも正しい日本語話者とは限りません。
普通は「おいらん家」とは書きません。
どうしてもなら「おいらんチ」とでもすべきでしょう。
最大限譲って「おいらの家（おいらのいえ）」はあり得ますが・・・
それから「場所の」は１００％間違いです「場所を」です。
たぶん、この字幕は韓国かか中国人が、日本映画につけたものでしょう。

私は、知り合いで「おいらん家」という表現を使う人を知っています。
また、「遠く離れた場所の」は「遠く離れた場所のを」の省略形として使われることもあります。
なお、「おいら」は田舎の男性がときどき使う一人称です。下品ではありませんが、粗野な表現だと思います。
また、「の」が「ん」に変わるのは音便で、これも粗野な人柄であることを表しています。

「おいらん家（おいらんチ」は、私も是認していますから異論はありません。

なるほど、おっしゃるとおりですね。確かにこのような言い方は会話ではよくあります。
私事ですが私は趣味で字幕翻訳をやっていますが、これにはいろいろ約束事があって、よほどの理由がない限りは標準語を使うようになっているので、その見地で判断していました。
「おいら」は、下品とか粗野以前に、もはや田舎でも使われなくなっているのでは。
いまは、一部のブログ書きや、芸能人がキャラ付け目的で意図的に使っているようです。
私見ですが、字幕や公刊物などは、外国人に日本語のあまりよくない言葉を覚えてもらわないように標準語にすべきだとおもいます。
