¿la palabra "got" y "have got" se pueden usar para reemplazar la palabra "have" en cualquier contexto?
por ejemplo "i have a feeling"
una vez escuché que una persona dijo "i got a feeling"
she has my keys
she got my keys
también ví este ejemplo una vez
let's see what you've got
este es otro ejemplo pero ahora con have got
lo que no entiendo es por qué cuando traduzco una oración con "got" la oración está en presente pero la palabra "got" es la version en pasado de get

Cuando decimos "I got a feeling" (presente), decimos "I've got a feeling" pero, por costumbre, muchas veces, quitamos la palabra "have"; o, por lo menos, suena así.
Tienes razón, también, "I got a feeling" (sin nada de 'have') puede referirse al pasado: "When I arrived in Mexico, I got a bad feeling." Para traducir 'got' puedes usar: tener, conseguir, obtener etc.
Ustedes tienen el mismo "problema" con la primera persona plural: "Ahora mismo hablamos", "Ayer hablamos".

@GregT si tienes razón también tenemos ese problema en español con "hablamos"
pero resumidamente ¿se puede usar got o have got para todo?

todo eso ¿se puede usar el lugar de have?
