No, we don’t dislike dark skin at all.
Some people are crazy about not getting their skin suntanned, but it’s just about their skin they care. Not the color of others. (^^)

I don't think so.
Many Japanese women (including me) don't like getting suntanned.
But I think original skin color and suntan is probably a different problem.
