Hi. How do you use "ricordare" in the sentence shown? Do I need to include "di"?

Yes you have to include "di" if you just say "ti ricordi dell'albergo" you already mentioned into the conversation.
If you say "ti ricordi l'albergo" you then have to add some more information : Ti ricordi l'albergo in cui abbiamo dormito ad Amsterdam?
Example : if you are speaking about you last trip to Amsterdam, you can say: ti ricordi l'albergo?, because the person who are you speaking to knows it.

You can use them both but in different contexts. For example: if you're talking about your vacation with someone who was with you, you can say "ti ricordi l'albergo?", as if you're talking of sth in particular, some features of the hotel the other person remembers for sure because they were there with you.
If you say "ti ricordi dell'albergo" you have to specify which hotel you're talking about. For example: "ti ricordi dell'albergo che volevo prenotare per le prossime vacanze?"

Thanks for answering! So if we were talking about a previous trip and I wanted to say "Do you remember the hotel?" would "Ti ricordi dell'albergo? still be OK?
Is the difference, remembering something "Do you remember X ?" or "Do you have a memory of X?"
