基本可以这样理解，
然后 是 then, after that；
后来 是 later, after some time；
以后，in the future！
例如：
我最开始学了英语，然后又学了法语，后来又学了日语。以后我还打算学西班牙语！
I studied English at first, then French, and later Japanese. In the future I plan to study Spanish as well!
