Question about Indonesian

"Saya AGAK TIDAK sehat." (I feel a little unwell. /I am not healthy a little.)
Can I also say "Saya TIDAK AGAK sehat." or "Saya tidak sehat AGAK."? (i.e. changing the order of words)
I would like to practice how to use "agak" in sentences.
