same meaning not if 입구 means entrance. 입고 is gramatically correct. 입구 is a kind of dialect. sometimes children or the teens say 입구 because 입구 is easier to pronunciate or they want to be cute.
옷 입고 나가.
옷 입구 나가.
지금 옷 입고 있어요.
지금 옷 입구 있어.
is it what you want to be answered? in fact 입고 has another meaning as a noun.

Same thing. It’s just 입구 is a cuter form/version of 입고. Like saying : 하고—> 하구 ; 만나고—> 만나구. It generally sounds more cuter pronouncing 우 , rather than 오. You may have also heard people (mostly girls) pronouncing 그리고 or 그래도 as 그리구 / 그래두.. grammatically it’s incorrect, but still it’s being widely used in daily life. Hope it helped ^^
