即する、は「従う」、「ぴったり合わせる」
慣れる、は「何度も同じ事を経験することで、なんとも感じなくなる(当たり前と思う様になる)」
という意味ですね。
分かりにくい説明になっているので例文を作りましょうか。
・「変化に即する」
・「時代に即した考え方」
・「ずっと暗い場所にいたので、目が慣れてきた」
・「この仕事には慣れた!」
補足しておくと、「即した」という言葉はあまり使いません。
「慣れた」という言葉は本当に良く使うので、覚えておくと便利ですよ!
