dejé la mía junta al tuya , está mal
lo correcto es
dejé la mía junto a la tuya
Y para sonar más amable puedes decir:
¿puedes coger(también puedes decir "agarrar") mi mochila (en este caso el también se entiende por contexto así que no es necesario)
y si quieres sonar aún más amable puedes decir:
¿podrías coger/agarrar mi mochila?

Mochila es un sustantivo femenino, por lo tal, debes usar un artículo femenino con la palabra.
"Al" es la contracción de a y el. No hay contracción con el artículo femenino.
Concuerdo con lo que dice asebaslloarte sobre ser más educado.
Finalmente, en México sería preferible evitar la palabra coger, ya que suele ser usada con connotaciones sexuales, y mejor emplear el verbo agarrar. Aunque eso depende mucho de con quien estes.
