I guess most people wouldn’t say, the rest of the days I go to work, when stating different times. But they’d understand if you said it that way.
I go to work at 4pm on Mondays, then the rest of the days I go in at 5:30pm.
I wouldn’t say the same word, work, 3 times in one sentence. The subject of work is established in the first part of the sentence.

I go to work at 4pm on Monday, then Tuesday through Friday (or whatever other days you work) I go in at 5:30pm.
