Hola!
"Aún" y "Todavía" son sinónimos y hacen alusión a que algo no se ha realizado por el momento pero posiblemente sí en el futuro.
Por ejemplo: "AÚN no compré la casa" - "TODAVÍA no compré la casa"
"Hasta" se refiere a que hay una condición para hacer cierta acción.
Por ejemplo: "HASTA que no me pague, no le voy a entregar las cosas"
"Voy a dejarla quedarse HASTA que encuentre donde quedarse"
"Incluso" se usa cuando se realiza una suposición/hipótesis de una situación que a pesar de suceder no impide lo que se expresa.
Por ejemplo: "Si sigue sin contestarme el teléfono voy a ir buscarlo a la casa, INCLUSO si llueve."

@RocioP99 Resulta que aun (sin tilde) e incluso también son sinónimos

Además de "Aún", también existe "Aun", que es parecido a INCLUSO
Por ejemplo: "Si sigue sin contestarme el teléfono voy a ir buscarlo a la casa, AUN si llueve"
