What is the difference between ....throughout the week last week and (if the above makes sense) Can I also say "I was .... all week last week"? If not, is there any better alternative? ?Feel free to just provide example sentences.

@Younmiyang If the extra “week” bothers you as much as it bothers me, try “I was busy every day last week” or “I was busy all last week.”😅
