You should use ketika/waktu etc. It sounds unnatural if you dont use it. But i have some tips for you so that you can tell the difference between them.
- Ketika/saat is used often in formal situations or books, articles. It's slightly weird when you use it in daily conversation
- Waktu/pas is used often in informal situations

Well, the sentence 'aku tidak bisa membawa koper naik ojek" is actually a bit incorrect grammatically. Depend on the situation. If you write that sentence in a formal text, you can say it's incorrect. But, native speakers do understand it and even use it often. I cannot say it's natural or a bit unnatural. Because I think, we learn languages to communicate, not to really understand the language too well. It's linguists that do the job.

Formal: ketika/waktu/saat
Informal: pas

However if you add saat/waktu/ketika the statement becomes specific only to the event you rode a bike taxy.
