Pasado de rosca tambien puede significar que ya no funciona correctamente, debido a sobreuso o bien por ser antiguo.
_ El móvil ya no carga, no funciona bien el GPS y se le gasta la batería en cuatro horas. Está pasado de rosca.
Defectuoso es cuando no funciona bien, pero debido a un fallo de fabricación.
_ El móvil nuevo no carga, me lo tienen que cambiar al ser defectuoso.

Mi móvil está pasado de rosca significa que es muy antiguo. Significa lo mismo que pasado de moda.
Mi móvil está defectuoso quiere decir que el móvil tiene algún fallo o no funciona correctamente pero puede ser tanto un móvil nuevo como uno antiguo.
