Watching TV, I see most of people says "that's crazy" or some people says "no way" when they see a amazing magic performance. no one says "amazing" or "unbelievable".
Besides, they say "that's awesome" or "wonderful" when they see a amazing house remodel.
How do you choose expression/word to describe surprise or admiration "when surprised at or admiring something".
Also, When/in what situation do you use "unbelievable"

Awesome is basically like "amazing." "Crazy" or "unbelievable" can also be negative.
Ex "A: Someone stole my bike! Unbelievable!
B: that's crazy!"

Crazy or unbelievable when you're surprised. You can say awesome if you think it's cool :D

"Awesome" is used to mean "really, really good".
"Unbelievable" is probably stronger than "crazy". Both, like zrgeiffel said, are used when you're surprised.
"Crazy" is slang, and shouldn't be used to compliment/praise things in formal writing (any more than やばい should in Japanese.)
"Unbelievable" can be used in formal writing. It's one of those words you save for when you really need it, whereas "crazy" is thrown around a bit more lightly.
