Hello!
To learn the English Pronunciation, I recommend watching YouTube videos or watching shows in the English language, listening carefully and repeating, slowly, what is being said. It helps to have English subtitles on. To help, there are many online, like WordReference, that has recordings of the pronunciations.
As for speaking, I recommend to fully immerse yourself in the language. Listen to english songs, english videos, and dont be afraid to make a mistake when speaking to fluent english speakers.
